Name of Post

Candidate Essential Qualification & Experience

Assistant Professor of Anaesthesia
(i) A medical certification that is included in Schedules I and II or Part II of the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (applicants who meet the requirements specified in Section 13(3) of the Act must furthermore meet Part-II of the Third Scheduled qualifications).
(ii) A postgraduate degree, recognized as an equivalent of an M.D. in anesthesia, or a comparable certificate.
(iii) Three years of research and/or teaching experience in the pertinent field after earning an MD in anesthesia or a certification accepted as its equivalent from an accredited university.
Assistant Professor of Cardiology
(i) The Assistant Professor of Anaesthesia, as per Sl. No. 01(i) above.
(ii) A recognized degree equivalent to an MBBS, or a D.M. in Cardiology (an accredited curriculum lasting two, three, five, or six years after MBBS).
(i) One must complete a year of teaching and/or research experience from a recognized institution in the subject/discipline in question after acquiring a D.M. in Cardiology (2 years or 5 years recognized course after MBBS) or a credential deemed comparable thereto. It is not necessary for candidates with a three- or six-year accredited D.M. in cardiology to have any experience, nevertheless.
Assistant Professor of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery
(i) The Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology should follow Sl. No. 01 above.
(ii) M.Ch. in CTVS (a recognized program that follows MBBS and lasts for two, three, five, or six years) or a recognized certification equivalent thereto.
(i) One year of teaching and/or research experience from a recognized institution in the specialty field follows the completion of the M.Ch. in CTVS degree (2 years or 5 years recognized course after MBBS) or a certification recognized equivalent thereto. Experience is not necessary for candidates who, after three or six years, hold a recognized M.Ch. in CTVS degree.
Assistant Professor of Dermatology
(i) In accordance with Sl.No. 01(i) for Assistant Professor of Anaesthesia as stated above.
(ii) An M.D. in dermatology and venereology or a certification officially accepted as a substitute.
(iii) Three years of research and/or teaching experience from an accredited university after earning an MD in Dermatology & Venereology, or a qualification accepted as an equivalent thereto.
Assistant Professor of Endocrinology
(i) The Assistant Professor of Anaesthesia, as per Sl. No. 01(i) above.
(ii) An officially recognized D.M. in Endocrinology and Metabolism (two, three, five, or six years), or an equivalent degree recognized by the field.
(iii) Following the completion of a two- or five-year accredited D.M. program in endocrinology and metabolism, or a qualification deemed equivalent thereto, one year of teaching and/or research experience from an accredited institution in the relevant topic or area. On the other hand, experience is not mandatory for candidates with three or six years of experience and a certified D.M. in Endocrinology & Metabolism.
Assistant Professor E.N.T.
(i) The Assistant Professor of Anaesthesia, as per Sl. No. 01(i) above.
(ii) A postgraduate degree or a qualification recognized as an equivalent, such as an MS in E.N.T.
Three years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the field of specialty following the completion of the M.S. in E.N.T. or a certificate deemed equivalent.
Assistant Professor of Gastroenterology
(i) The Assistant Professor of Anaesthesia, as per Sl. No. 01(i) above.
(ii) Completion of a recognized course of study leading to a Doctor of Medicine in Gastroenterology, or a recognized qualification equivalent to one (2, 3, 5, or 6 years after MBBS).
(iii) One must complete a year of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the specialized field after receiving a D.M. in gastroenterology (2 years or 5 years recognized course after MBBS) or a credential considered comparable thereto. On the other hand, no experience is necessary for those having a recognized D.M. in gastroenterology and three or six years of practice.
Assistant Professor of General Medicine
(i) The Assistant Professor of Anaesthesia in Sl. No. 1(i) above.
(ii) A postgraduate degree, such as a medical doctorate or a comparable degree that has been formally acknowledged.
(iii) After receiving an M.D. in medicine or a certificate accepted as an equivalent thereto, three years of teaching and/or research experience from an accredited institution in the pertinent subject or area.
Assistant Professor of General Surgery
(i) The Assistant Professor of Anaesthesia in Sl. No. 1(i) above.
(ii) A postgraduate degree, such as an M.S. in Surgery, or an equivalent degree that has been formally recognized.
(iii) After receiving the M.S. in Surgery degree or a credential accepted as an equivalent thereto, three years of research and/or teaching experience from an accredited school in the pertinent subject or discipline
Assistant Professor of Medical Oncology/ Haematology
(i) The Assistant Professor of Anaesthesia in Sl. No. 1(i) above.
(ii) An officially recognized credential equivalent to a D.M. in medical oncology or a two-, three-, five-, or six-year MBBS program.
(iii) One must complete a year of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the specialty after earning the Degree of D.M. in Medical Oncology (2 years or 5 years recognized course after MBBS) or a qualification recognized comparable thereto. Nonetheless, experience is not necessary for individuals holding a three- or six-year accredited D.M. in medical oncology.
