CBSE CTET July-2024 /Exam Eligibility Code Details-
CTET Primary Level (Class I to V): Eligibility with Code July 2024
Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% of the possible points, passed, or scheduled to appear in the last year of a two-year elementary education diploma programme (under whatever name). OR
The Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) are requirements as per the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR
At least 50% in Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) and passing or appearing in the final year of a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) programme are prerequisites.
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% of the possible points, passed or planning to appear in the last year of a two-year Special Education Diploma programme.
CTET Junior Level (Class VI to VIII): Eligibility with Code July-2024
graduation and successful completion of the two-year Elementary Education Diploma programme, or enrollment in the final year, under any name.
a minimum of 50% in graduation or post-graduation coursework, as well as passing or being accepted into the final year of the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
graduation with a minimum of 45% of the possible points and passing the final year of the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme, in compliance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations that are periodically released in this respect.
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% of the possible points, and pass or be enrolled in the last year of a four-year elementary education bachelor’s degree (B.El.Ed.).
A minimum of 50% in Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) and passing or appearing in the final year of a 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed. programme, or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
Passing the final year of the B.Ed. programme in special education or graduating with at least 50% of the possible points
Any candidate who has completed a B.Ed. programme that has been approved by the NCTE is qualified to participate in TET/CTET. Furthermore, a person enrolled in any of the teacher education programmes listed in the NCTE Notification dated August 23, 2010 (recognised by the NCTE or the RCI, as the case may be) is also eligible to appear in the TET/CTET, according to the current TET guidelines distributed via NCTE letter dated February 11, 2011.
Post-Graduation: passing the final year of the three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. programme with a minimum of 55% of the available credits or an equivalent grade.
